App Identity
The Fluincy App (dashboard.getfluincy.com) is a workflow automation tool for businesses that want to enhance partner enablement. The app uses Google Drive to detect when customer-facing meeting transcripts are uploaded and analyzes the content to identify key partnership opportunities. It then sends real-time alerts via Slack to relevant team members.
What will this app do with user data?
Fluincy will request access to:
• Basic user information including name, email, and public profile to support login and account creation.
• Google Drive files, but only within the Meet Recordings folder.
• It uses read-only access to analyze uploaded transcripts (e.g., from Google Meet).
• Optionally, it can view metadata to filter or classify files before processing.
We do not use any user data to train generalized AI or ML models. All data is processed for the specific purpose of surfacing partner-related insights to users, and all transcript files are purged from our system after processing. No long-term storage or repurposing of transcript content occurs.
How does this app enhance user functionality? Fluincy helps users take action on customer conversations that are relevant to their partner ecosystem. By analyzing transcript files for relevant keywords, Fluincy delivers real-time Slack notifications with partner content, making it easier for sellers to collaborate with partners and close deals faster.
